Managing industrial projects with the objective to meet financial targets while achieving Customer Satisfaction as per contractual commitments requires today a professional approach.  Today’s landscape for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies working in energy industry is mired with project complexity, rising costs and various risks.

Contract Management is a Fundamental of Project Management, serving the key mission of any project managers regardless of contract value: avoid project margin erosion or increase project margin thanks to an operational Contract Knowledge enabling to effectively manage defensive / offensive notices, claims and change orders, while mitigating conflicts with project stakeholders (Customer, supplier, subcontractor, consortium partner…).
