
Beatriz Rodriguez is HR Vice-President for the Oilfield Equipment business at Baker Hughes. Beatriz is responsible for providing overall HR strategic leadership to the global business in all aspects of business operations including people strategy and long-term workforce planning, organizational design, M&A, culture, talent management and employee engagement across multiple countries.
Throughout her 14-year career with GE, Beatriz has held senior global HR leadership roles across several regions, global functions and business Operations. Prior to her energy industry experience, Beatriz held several key HR leadership roles across complex emerging geographies for GE, operating in financial services, transportation, healthcare, aviation, and industrial segments.
Beatriz speaks 5 languages, has a double degree (Spanish-French) in Psychology and has obtained certifications as Advanced Executive Coach & Systemic Team Coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, UK. Bea graduated from Harvard University Compensation Committees Executive Program as well as Cornell University HR & Business Management Strategy Program. She also holds a Masters in both Industrial Labour Relations and Finance. She is originally from Spain and currently lives in the UK.
