
David joined AMS in 2014 and he has been responsible for leading large-scale global RPO solutions in the Engineering, Defence, Energy, Digital, and Food sectors and now has accountability for the strategic development of Energy, Engineering, and Industrials sectors globally in AMS. David has an MBA from Warwick Business School, recently completed the Business Sustainability Management course at Cambridge University, and brings over 20 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and talent management, encompassing Emerging Talent, Internal Mobility, Volume, Specialist & Executive Hiring, and Assessment. Prior to joining AMS, David spent over 10 years as an in-house Talent Acquisition leader in PA Consulting Group, Jaguar Land Rover, and Mondelez International. He has a passion for sustainability and the decarbonization of industry.
