Hans Bruins

Currently finishing up as Construction Director on the Owner’s side at the US$ 400 million 262.5 MW RGWE wind project in Egypt. Delivery of this project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule and within budget.

In parallel working as Head of Business Development Egypt for ENGIE Services and member of the development team of the 500 MW RSWE windfarm project also in Egypt with an expected start of construction in May 2020.

Prior to this, Hans worked as construction manager at the US$ 2.8 billion 1.3 GW ultra-super-critical coal-fired power plant in Safi, Morocco.

Worked both as owner and as EPC contractor on large scale infrastructure and power projects, in multi-disciplinary services and asset management projects including mechanical, civil, electrical and HVAC aspects.

During his career he has gained extensive experience with merging and creating (project) organizations, setting up new business concepts, creating joint ventures and business development in infrastructure, services and transport-related markets. Hans has more than 25 years of experience in project (portfolio) management.
