Ivana Kaličanin has graduated the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, University of Zagreb in 1988. From 1989 she is working in INA-Industrija nafte in Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, South-East Europe E&P Sector. Last few years she is working on the position of leading expert for E&P investment projects.
For more than 15 years her professional interests were oil and gas pipelines integrity, so it was normal selection that the theme of her doctoral dissertation, which she defended in the end of 2012 was “Pipeline Leakage Risk Assessment and the Development of Pipeline Management System in Croatia”.
In the spring 2013 she become a full member of the Scientific’s council for crude oil and gas, Croatian Academy of Sciences and Art.
This year she became Croatian court expert for fields of petroleum engineering and petrochemical industry.
