María González is currently Transformation Strategy and Digital Agenda Manager at Enagás, as well as member of the Experience office, the Spanish TSO, and international Oil & Gas infrastructure construction and operator. Prior to this role, María worked for Accenture Strategy manager, focusing on Organizational & Resources Strategy advisory, delivering services for international companies, mostly in the telecommunications, aerospace and technological industries. Maria’s role was focused on the definition of the strategical transformation programs, the re-definition of business models and the execution and implementation of transformation projects, always working very close to clients.
Her first academic studies were Telecommunication Engineering but knowing that learning has to be continuous, she obtained an Executive MBA at IE Business School and a PDD on Digital Transformation, issued by the Valley DBS. She is also master in Carlos III University on Economics on the Energy Sector. She collaborates with other institutions and companies such ICAI, AEC, AEE etc., contributing to the development of the Digital Transformation in Spain, with special focus on the utility and energy Industries.
