Mark Langerhorst

Mark Langerhorst is a Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Senior Process Engineer with strong expertise in Refinery Production Facilities.  

He holds a B.E degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in science with a Thesis in Advanced Process Control.  

He has over 35 years of experience in operations/production, process design and simulation of Petrochemical Olefins/Aromatic Units, Crude and Vacuum Distillation units, HVGO Hydrocrackers, Gasoline and Diesel Hydrotreater, Hydrogen.  

His Main Skills and Knowledge areas are related to FEED, Basic and Detailed Engineering, Project Execution, Project Management and Planning of Refinery & Petrochemical Projects. 

Currently, he is Engineering Manager for the Red Sea and Suez Canal Petrochemicals Complex project PMT in Cairo/Egypt.
